Are you able to see the Huge Ring around the sun from where you are at?

There is a huge ring around the sun right now. The outer edges of it are a rainbow. There is no article, that i see, on any of these "news" outlets saying anything about it.

Is it visible from where you are?

Anyone have any information on what it is?
