Are women with attitude born that way or it's a defense mechanism?

I have come across so many women who give me attitude when I approach them but after I break that first ice it's smooth sailing from there

I think men who accuse women of having attitude refuse to put in work and complain about their miserable lives.

This is no simp thread I'm speaking from experience.
