With all the bias towards cacs and the bias they show towards their homicidal blood thirsty maniacs you have to wonder, why. We all know cacs are primarily motivated by money so you have to wonder. What benefit is it for them to paint a cac that shoots some shyt up as psychologically troubled so he can go through the system of psyche evaluations instead of regular ol Prison!
I am beginning to think that it is tied to the pharmaceutical industry.
Maybe im reaching but say the judge is in good with the state psych board or some kind of state psychologist and there is a trial for some raggedy old cac that ate his mammas intestines because she took away his nintendo. Now obviously, we know a brotha will get life and parole in the afterlife and while the cac may get life or a death sentence he is often put through the system as insane so cacs can make money off him on the backend by creating new psychological terms/theories and giving him new experimental pharamceutical drugs that can then be used to promote a new product.
So say they give little Timmy the Nintendo Cannibal some psych eval that tax payers have to pay for, the state, the state psych get paid and then some pharamceutical company stands to make billions marketing a product that has shown to calm the human flesh eating urges of your run of the mill homicidal cac.
Meanwhile they'll just throw a black man into prison with slave labor because they know they cant market a product that calmed the homicidal urges of a black man because products dont have much credibility among whites if they worked on black people.
