Peele is funny af to me. Key is garbage, I wont argue with that

They take a rough idea and run it into the ground . Their sketches rarely have layers to them and run way too long.

when they're bad, they're really bad, but when they're on point they drop some of the funniest sketches I've ever seen

That's what surprises me too. Chappelle's Show and contemporaries looked budget as shyt, Key & Peele be dropping shyt with straight up Hollywood movie visuals.

can't be funnier than a show they are emulating. especially if they aren't funnier comedians.
Chappelle may as well be a writer on this show the way they rehash, repackage and redo his sketches for a modern audience.
Plus Chappelle had a great cast of extras/co-stars to add different flavors to the comedy. murphy mooney ect.

naw this is more like a Disney version of a Great hbo series.
