how so though? ive read alot of shyt online that says its clinically proven to reduce body fat.
thats all you need to know that its not proven whatsoever
"clinical" trials are done on all sorts of things and the experiments are done in such a way that the result they want is clearly favorable(exceptional diet and nutrition + working out)
then they say this supplement will do such and such and in fine print write: "With proper diet and exercise"
make your own judgements but for the sake of losing body fat calorie deficit is the only proven fact, most supplements out there have negligible benefits
the ones I listed are the only ones with a good benefit at "aiding" the process, but technically even those dont cause you to lose BF% just make it easier or improve your function during the diet
