If you know how many calories your body is supposed to intake a day you should not feel any hunger pains too much.
Try and eat whole foods and greens to slow down digestion making you feel more full throughout the day. Instead of protein shakes all the time eat real meat which also makes you feel more full. Eat good fats like almonds when you need to fill your hungry stomach with something fast.
My doctor put me on a
1600 calorie diet.
I do drink plenty of water also
But my hunger is just itching
to get the best of me.

When you are thirsty drink.
As Long as you busting your ass in the gym the rest will take care of itself brother.

that just means you eating the wrong kinda foods or your brain signals is all kinda fukked up.
Maybe I've got an excellent feel for my hunger/thirst but I really do believe in listening to your body and reacting appropriately and naturally
that guy's the kinda nikka to deadlift 500 pounds 2 times...and go eat 2 double macs
