I've been working with willpower for the past few months.

Its been working but darn.

So hard.

I just purchased some mega green tea capsules today

and I'm going to see how they work out.

EC is the obvious #1.

Any stimulant is gonna suppress appetite to some degree.

5-HTP can suppress appetite under certain conditions.

Then there's diet modifications.... but this thread ain't about that :lolbron:

If you know how many calories your body is supposed to intake a day you should not feel any hunger pains too much.

Try and eat whole foods and greens to slow down digestion making you feel more full throughout the day. Instead of protein shakes all the time eat real meat which also makes you feel more full. Eat good fats like almonds when you need to fill your hungry stomach with something fast.

My doctor put me on a


1600 calorie diet.

I do drink plenty of water also

But my hunger is just itching

to get the best of me.

i followed that advice in 2010/2011

never again :wow:

that just means you eating the wrong kinda foods or your brain signals is all kinda fukked up.

Maybe I've got an excellent feel for my hunger/thirst but I really do believe in listening to your body and reacting appropriately and naturally

that guy's the kinda nikka to deadlift 500 pounds 2 times...and go eat 2 double macs :flabbynsick:

nah, its genetics

fat takes a long time to build and destroy

between your size + constant activity with basketball you burn more than the average guy
