I lift 5 days a week and my two days off i feel like i can still go at it but i read that rest is more important then lifting so i dont do jack shyt. But on the contrary ive read many occasions where lifters lift every day and had no set backs or overtrained per se. Anybody lift everyday? Whats yall opinion on this?
