Are there any brehs who lift everyday?

I lift 5 days a week and my two days off i feel like i can still go at it but i read that rest is more important then lifting so i dont do jack shyt. But on the contrary ive read many occasions where lifters lift every day and had no set backs or overtrained per se. Anybody lift everyday? Whats yall opinion on this?


I think im getting addicted to exercising :snoop:

Imo if you find the right balance you could lift everyday. Obviously volume would have to go down slightly.

However sometimes less is better then more.

i try to do active rest. Where instead of not doing anything on my two off days, I go to the gym and stretch real good.

I aim to do some rehab exercises (rotator cuff and hip strengthening) and finish up with some core work out.

Some weeks I accomplish this, some weeks, life happens :yeshrug:

I lift six days, just the volume varies during the week, and I play basketball usually five hours on Sundays. I haven't really ever seen visual effects, but I feel great so I stick with it.

I really dont lift heavy in general so maybe i should give it a shot :patrice:
