Girlfriend's daughter was kicked in the head at school by a boy and suffered a concussion.

The daughter is 9, the boy might be 10 (don't know for sure). The school never notified her mother about the incident; the boy was never disciplined and for all I know, his parents were never notified.

CPS here in Colorado said assault charges can be pressed if the kid is at least 10, which is why I bring that up, but can anything be done to the school?

They have been dodging responsibility and their negligence since this happened.

I kicked a kid in the head when I was in 6th grade. He pulled down my pants in Gym Class infront of all the chicks

I got a 1 day inschool suspension and the kids dad came to school the next day looking for me.
