Are The Dream's albums Love vs. Money & Love King are as good as his 1st album?

I can remember listening to his 1st album a lot back in 07'. I couldn't believe how well someone in this new generation could blend that Prince sound and make it modern. I'm not saying The Dream is this generation Prince (because he's not and he's a billion miles away from it) but what I am saying is that these joints were good:
