The suburbs
Ppl been leaving blue states for red ones tho…
They leave because of cost of living then move to blue areas such as Dallas, Houston, Austin, Charlotte and Atlanta.

No one is moving to Oklahoma or middle or America in general :mjlol:

Nobody is even moving to smaller Texas conservative towns

because it's cheaper. people want to live in blue states so badly that they are willing to pay higher prices to get their spot, thats called demand. the demand to live in red states isn't huge thus the cost of living is lower. if more people could afford to live in blue states they wouldn't leave to live in a red state.

Cap they been leaving northeast for Florida and warmer spots not the Midwest
I left a blue state (NY) for a red one (Florida) because it's supposed to be cheaper than NYC. Ppl leave NY and NJ for southern states cause they have lower COL. FL has a inferior living experience compared to the northeast states IMO. It might be dope to live in Miami or Tampa but suburban Florida

Some people actually prefer the slow life breh. You couldnt pay me to deal with snow or weather below 60. Not many places in the world can give you the living experience of NYC

In reply to your first sentence, I know. My mother loves rural NC even though she lived in NYC most of her life.

Me personally I love the cold and snow. I didn't have A/C most summers living in NY, but I always had toasty heat during the winter  I loved going for long walks in the cold :wow:
