Many people take for granted how far this country has come because of Black people agitating for change.

Less than 55 years ago....the nature of the questions is....startling "Do you think Negroes should have equal rights?"

Ridgewood, NJ is an odd choice for location to pose the questions. Interesting that Jennings said the middle class (white) America would provide the biggest stumbling block to Civil Rights.
Felt the typical disingenuous media slant from Jennings at the end, though. He was fishing for somebody to say "on camera" that they were racist. And when they didn't bite, Jennings actually said "I knew nobody would say they're prejudiced on camera".
