Arcade Style racing game

I currently have a good backlog of games I playing through. I just got my first platinum trophy with Horizon Zero Dawn. I have all three current gen consoles available, so I say that to ask, what is a good current gen arcade racing game.

Some of past arcade racers I have enjoyed in the past were Test Drive Unlimited and the Midnight Club series. Any recommendations, brehs?

If you’ve got a PSP I recommend Ridge Racer. The best racing arcade game I’ve ever played.

So, if I get GTA V can I jump right into the racing shyt. I don’t have to play through the story, do I?

Also, I saw they have some RC racing component is that online too?

Theres racing modes on the online, i haven't played V since ps3, just saying its the best game with arcade racing to date you might want to buy shark cards to customize your car in the online mode
