This isn’t exactly wrong. Different people have different experiences, even within somewhat similar demographics.

Nobody said it was wrong it's just semantics. When people asked for diveresty in the work place they're not talking about personal life experiences. That negates the whole point. Every individual has a "personal life experience" no ones life is exactly the same which is obvious.
