Nah, epic lost. You can't link direct payment, only a link to a third party. Epic is not bringing Fortnite back to the app store.

They both lost
They ruled that Apple couldn't stop developers from seeking direct payments to circumvent apple's 30 percent fee but said epic overstepped when they tried to do that before the lawsuit.
Epic has to pay Apple 30 percent of whatever they made when they went around the app store and Apple doesn't have to unban fortnite because they broke ToS, but Apple won't be able to do that to anyone else that tries to circumvent the fee going forward.
