I have never once used an apple product aside a budget friendly ipad , which i use for work, school and a bit of leisure. Apple products in general are way too expensive and above the budget for normal working class folks, its turn into a class and status symbol rather than base on the functionality of the products.

They pretty much give IPhones away at this point tho. Anyone saying IPhones are a status symbol are delusional. Almost as delusional as people who care about text bubbles and YouTube likes.

i use macOS on 2 different Dell computers lol. i quite like the OS; i despise their hardware. the only good thing about apples IMO is that they tend to retain their resale value. you can sell a macbook used for 4-5x what an equivalent PC laptop would go for
