Basically this chick wants attention so she copies this other lady who survived cancer and gets a massive following. I have watched the first four episodes.
These other people are on to her and try to bring her down. It is based on a true story apparently.
There are other characters too, if you ever had to deal with someone with cancer it is kind of moving too. I still have two episodes to go, but I think it worth a watch.
