Marvel doesn't have the rights to the Skrulls either do they? I thought that the Skrulls were wrapped up in the Fantastic Four deal.

Plus Black Panther is on that list and you know they aint making no BP solo movie.

Shuma Gorath's only connection to the Guardians is that it is connected to the Cancerverse (where Nova and Star-Lord got stuck with Thanos after the Thanos Imperative) but even that is a bit of a stretch.
