I'm with you Sis!!! I love Dracula - I think that I've seen them all. Dracula and Frankenstein movies.
I'm watching this tonight.British Broadcasting Channel- have yet to see a production that wasn't good.
That's not true. Gore is an effect. It can enhance the script in some cases- part of the cinematography. How do you not expect a Dracula movie to be gory and bloody?
Which Sherlock? The movie with Robert Downey or the BBC production series?

nope it's done in bits and it's just few blood scenes.
i didn't care for it to be fair..it was atoo fairytale like for my liking.Have you seen this one? This is was one of my faves.
I'm very picky with films especialy horror and horror based on classics and classic literature.
oh ok. understandable. I'm the opposite - not that picky with horror at all. I have no expectations and just go in for the watch. I set a low bar with classics, period historical pieces and literary pieces with a horror theme bc they are all highly acclaimed as written pieces and movies get lost in translation at times.
I really liked the whole Underworld series with the Lycans v werewolves (Kate Beckinsale), ended up buying the entire collection.
I'm also slow watching The Frankenstein Chronicles on Netflix.
