Seems relatively safe but I personally wouldn't take it. I lift occasionally but have no desire to go hard in the paint and bulk up like some folks here. In order to do that you have to increase your caloric intake which has a correlation with a shorter lifespan in scientific studies.
Rather just be naturally healthy and in shape doing some cardio/weights a few times a week without doing anything extra. Stunting for some hoes isn't worth reducing my lifespan

Yeah but that’s a big stance are taking there is a big divide between someone taking in 500 plus calories a day to gain mass over a period of weeks versus someone ingesting 1500 cals everyday as their lifestyle.But increasing muscle mass usually involves eating more calories does it not?
