The Jews are buying up all the houses, and not living in them. I want to make some money too.



My questions are:

How long after you purchased the property did you start to see a profit?

Are you paying the mortgage on the property, in addition to the mortgage you live in?

Started with a small property (new construction)in 2006 for 115k.

Took me 6 years renting at FMV and making extra payments to pay the mortgage off.

Utilized HELOCs, 1031 exchanges to sell and buy properties to avoid capital gains (and various other tools)

No mortgage, except for my current place.

I don't have to work if I don't want to. I have fun selling food.
