I try to eat healthy and exercise...I use to wear a heart monitor i was never prescribed medicine for it, and it wasnt severe enough to the point where i needed surgery..exercise really improved my condition...now I feel some heart pain and I have to slow down and take a breather but it's not nearly as bad when I was a kid

Have an illness and at the moment I take Fentanyl and if needed Hydromorphone for breakthrough pain. Not cancer and make sure you see/get a referral to some one in pain management if your doc is uncomfortable with the high level pain medication.

post concussion syndrome 18 months in. im ok and go normal days and activites but a few times a week a get a migraine and brain fog and feel really light in the hands and right leg. worst feelings ever . it was so bad at one point i thought i was gonna die at times. time heals so hopefully in another 6 months im goo

i avoid medication, ill rather deal with my episodes than to be put on some pill with side effects
