Anyone incorporated blended green vegetable/fruit juice into their diet?

I made my first one yesterday for breakfast. It didn't taste too bad. Could tell I had more nutrients than I usually get in my usual oatmeal/apple/multivitamin.

Speak on it brehs and breh-ettes. :vick:

I'm usually blending up kale/spinach with banana, pineapple, frozen fruit and chia seeds. I prefer mine to not be so thick so I'll used two cups of water along with ice. I can tell a difference when I do it regularly. I wake up with crazy energy in the morning, whereas before I would really be dragging.

I need to get back on it. I use spinach, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and unsweetened almond milk.
