I've recently started using these as part of my workout routine and man these things are awesome! Great way to get both resistance training and cardio in the same workout! Anyone use these routinely in their workout routine?

I feel cardio and resistance training is better separately but if your low on time go ahead and use them especially if it works for you.

Although you'll get more strength gains from barbells and dumbells and you cant lift a kettlebell as high and it's straining on the wrist.

You will never see me do that squat swing it looks fruity as hell lol

Kettle bells are the shyt. They work your whole body and there are tons of workouts for them. I know some people who are pretty ripped and all they do is chin ups, kettle bells and bodyweight squats
