Anyway I've been suffering from them lately and the shyt is horrible. Your mind is programmed to think you're suffering a heart attack (though you're not getting the crushing pain that usually comes with a real one) and of course that causes more anxiety creating a positive feedback loop.
But that feeling of euphoria and relief when it passes is
What are your coping techniques? I usually sit on the toilet because I get an upset stomach and I feel I'm "in control" there. Also walking around helps. Talking to people while I'm having one just makes me nauseous. Being around people in general makes it worse.
I need that Xanax in my life.
But thanks to junkies and bums I can't get a prescription.
