I been doing these for a little over 2 months now. Not for weight loss, I'm already pretty thin, more for the cardio.

These last couple weeks I've been getting some serious pain in the back of my left knee while on the bike. But the moment I get of the bike,the pain is gone.

I make Thursdays my leg day and I never get any pain like that from anything else

Anyone got any pointers How to fix This?
