What should I expect brehs? This would be the first time I've been out in the field working on them (have 2 years field experience but it was repairing appliances and such). I'm really excited. I need to get a toolkit though...

Be on time. White people are shyt heads about you being even 30 seconds late. When you know you dont know what the fukk you're doing CALL SOMEONE WHO KNOWS. Dont waste time googling on the job like you got all fukkin day. They are watching the time you spend on each job. Practice your most common calls at home like you're dissasembling a rifle in the military. You should be able to slap in a motherboard and exchange any component quickly, with quality. Troubleshoot from the ground up. Check power, move to components and finally, software until you've seen enough bullshyt to know where to start. Good luck.

Run Thru U Like Skattebo
probably should eliminate the user as the cause of the problem first

also, just understand that the first time you do something, you might suck at it. dont beat yourself up, just learn and improve
