Did some, want to pick it back up. Great exercise and knowing how to throw a punch is priceless, although at this age you are probably getting shot first

did pure boxing a handful of times but mostly did kickboxing in HS and picked back up in my early 20s.

Been going hard with jiu jitsu/grappling last 4 years tho. Also do MMA from time to time

If u trying to fight I can't help you like I said....


but I'll tell you what I told my sons........no disrespect....


technique is everything......id make them throw a lot of different punches without even moving the bag.

then once they got that down and started feeling themselves id ask them to do it then push them off their square with a single finger. next step is understanding movement and balance. Transfer of energy. I hope that makes sense or helps.
I've seen a lot of guys just go and wanna knock a bag off the chain like they doing something
