I used Kaplan. It's expensive but it worked. Some questions were similar on the board. Word for word. These were tough questions as well. Lotta SATAs.

Kaplan is both a book and a program. It has videos for each section. Then you take a test for each section when you feel ready. At the end you take 2 tests. They are NCLEX style questions
