So basically I have my undergraduate in Human Resources. That is what I want to do but currently I am in a graduate program for the same that I have my HRM degree in. Is it better to persure my graduate degree in something else like Organizational Leadership or keep the same path like B.A in HRM with MSM in HRM. Which would take me further?
