I think I might be eating too low in fat and sugar brehs. My weight isn't going up much at all. My lifts are still increasing, but I eat until my stomach hurts when I have big meals and I snack regularly inbetween and in the last 2 weeks I'm only up about 1-2 pounds

Types of foods I've been eating:
meals:
ground turkey with pasta or rice
Kashi cereal with almond milk
meatballs and pasta with tomato sauce
ground beef with rice
beef or chicken burritos on ww tortillas
peanut butter sandwiches ww/wg bread
Eggs
Salad with lite dressing

snacks:
cheese cubes
real fruit smoothies I blend myself
Wheat Thins
Pretzels
assorted nuts
Nature valley protein bars
peanut butter crackers


What are some good foods to bulk with?

Alternate between 200kcal of carby shyt like candy and high protein/high fat shyt like fried chicken or fish on a daily basis

Try and go with the meat more often as that will fukk with your water levels and shyt less. You sound like you are pretty well dialed in.

I ignored that advice for a few years...till this last diet I went on.
The pounds started dropping as soon as I saw a pattern in my eating habits.

We all fool ourselves into believing we are doing enough...but the numbers dont lie.

know your maintenance cals.track cals, eat at least 500 cals above that of pretty decent to high quality foods. workout.. gain weight

I'm on a keto kick and I wasn't getting close to the amount of protein that I needed (and I thought that I was doing the most)

Brought some Isopure to get 100 of my daily 150-180 grams and life has been good :blessed:

U should be hoe ready for the summer... if u cutting over the summer :ufdup:

Plus bulking doesn't... SHOULDN'T... mean u get fat. Lot of brehs get reckless with them bulks mayne. U a few years deep in the game, u are not gonna be putting on 20lb of muscle in a year. Maybe 4-5. Double that to factor for fat. Thats like a quarter lb a week or an extra 100-150kcal a day. U can def get stronger and stay lean on that.... towards the end of last year, I kept getting bigger and stronger while my weight just crept up real slow. From June through January I put on like 2-3lbs.

So yea summertime bulk is that wave.

Bulking is no excuse to eat garbage. Eat lots of nuts. They are very high calorie.
