I think I might be eating too low in fat and sugar brehs. My weight isn't going up much at all. My lifts are still increasing, but I eat until my stomach hurts when I have big meals and I snack regularly inbetween and in the last 2 weeks I'm only up about 1-2 pounds
Types of foods I've been eating:
meals:
ground turkey with pasta or rice
Kashi cereal with almond milk
meatballs and pasta with tomato sauce
ground beef with rice
beef or chicken burritos on ww tortillas
peanut butter sandwiches ww/wg bread
Eggs
Salad with lite dressing
snacks:
cheese cubes
real fruit smoothies I blend myself
Wheat Thins
Pretzels
assorted nuts
Nature valley protein bars
peanut butter crackers
What are some good foods to bulk with?
