I have a job offer from a company which is offering a salary draw of 50k per year plus guaranteed commissions on a few measures which are completely exclusive from the salary. Basically, if I don't meet certain performance measures after 2 quarters my salary will be reduced 5% each quarter until I meet the numbers. The performance measures seem to be pretty reasonable. Any advice brehs?

Id have to know the job and know the requirements...sounds a little fishy. I've heard not making goals and you dont get a raise, but reducing salary...thats sound like some shyt to do to fukk with someone rather than fire.

sounds like a sweet deal.

I've worked jobs that were straight draw vs commission with no salary.

you have an opportunity to make a lot of money, only you know what you are capable of.

Yeah, If I just meet the goals I'd be making 65k or so and the goals aren't crazy at all. Just never worked a salary draw position so wanted some feedback. It's not a sales position either.
