Anyone ever dealt with a pre-owned iPhone?

I have an HTC Evo and this phone is driving me crazy. It won't take picture messages, still shows text messages I read as unread, and certain days of the week it has problems sending text messages (although that could be blamed on sprint) I could get a preowned iphone 4s 16gb on sprint for 49.99 and they said theyd give me money back for my phone. I think thats a great deal but I don't want it if the pre-owned phone is gonna be driving me crazy like this Evo is brehs.

Buy it on craigslist for $300-400 and don't sign a stupid 2 year contract

maybe try rooting your phone and slapping a clean rom on there and fix your probs in the meantime
