Well they tried to make it a sim more than an actual basketball game thats fun.
On top of that, they added microtransactions to every part of the game. Pretty much killed the fun with that.
Then this year shooting was all fukked up for 2k. Real issue is that they don’t have competition

Over complicating games takes the fun out of everything. That’s why everyone goes back to the older stuff. I don’t like clunky video games that feels like a chore to play.

The problem with 2K is that they change shyt that doesn’t need to be changed. No way every year should feel like a worse game than the shyt you made before.

That’s what made rap and ball so unique back then. 2 completely different things yet always found a way to be intertwine in the culture.Half the songs had nothing to do with basketball at all, but it was still.
