I'm legit as far as the company rules. They allow us voluntary time off and I took a huge chunk today. Off tomorrow.

But I took it unpaid. Tryna save my couple vacation days I got left til the end of the year.

Feeling guilty about losing the dough, but got damn I am SOHH happy to be here surfing the web instead of at the gig.

Last night I was at the homie's crib. He works third shift and he has called off (was supposed to clock in at Midnight) We watched the game and laughed about taking time off.

Now here I go.

Nope, not playing hooky. I'm overlooking some weekend backup testing for my team, so not too bad. I'm allowed to use this time as time off for a future date, so I'm cool with it.

Nah I’m off till Wednesday. Put in for Tuesday. Not really worried about saving time. If I run out they’ll front me

It's a paid holiday, and even if it wasn't I have like 270+ hours of PTO. Probably should've taken Tuesday off though.
