one of my school principals would have a pound of dandruff on his shoulders all the time, there would always be a lot... looked like somebody flower bombed him

Scrub your face. Head and shoulders + Your face wash of choice. Liquid Vitamin E is good too after your shower. Best of luck.

I hear this often from ppl but dandruff has absolutely nada to do with lack of hygiene bruh.


and it also has nothing to do with lack of "moisture"....I often here people mention that more than anything.

nah for real though, change up the soap or shampoo you using to wash your beard. maybe try something with either some sort of moisturizer in it. you can also try some for sensitive skin. hell, it couldn't hurt to give dandruff control shampoo a shot AND get you some kind of oil to keep your beard from drying your skin out. that will help more than you can imagine.

the myth that ashiness = dandruff is a common misconception. You wouldn't believe how many people actually believe it.


Anyone who has dandruff can simply test it out themselves, it doesn't stop it, you'll just have a oily ass scalp/beard that still has flakes in it.

Not a dude and beardless, but I've get eczema and dandruff on my scalp. Try a apple cider vinegar rinse or get some lotion with lactic or glycolic acid in it.
