started 2 days ago just did my second workout today.

First time needed like a 20 minute break between. Took so long the app reset :mjlol.

Today I didnt even need to take a break just ran through it :wow:

That shyt cant be that good right? Like damn see the difference in 1 workout? :whew:

Yea its good. Always my go-to whenever I'm trynna get back my endurance.

Yup, And I Finished It, It Definitely Works, I Can Vouch For That, If You Stick With It, It Works, Basically Its Building Your Endurance Week By Week

If You're Not A Runner And You Get Tired Easy You'll Have Your Hard Days, Just Push Through It, Before You Know It Will Get Easier, Like I Said, I Can Personally Vouch That It Works
