lol I used to be like you till I traveled the world and found out most places are hell on earth.

If you have money then I will say go for it. If you are looking to make it in that country...good luck :russ:

Is your happiness worth more? Are you good at languages, what skills do you have? Jamaica is pretty corrupt and you would probably want to open a business...

seems like it would be too much of a pain. the USA really is the best country as messed up as it is. to go and start a new life with a successful career in a foreign country is nearly impossible. i know immigrants come and do it here but thats why its the USA

a ton of foreign countries have laws and restrictions on who can enter and live and work full time. i thought about it before but i wouldnt want to be so far from home and i would end up worse off in my new place of choice

Seriously maybe yall just need an extended vacation or two, but moving too another country should be well thought out, especially in terms of income, natural disasters, local conflicts and what not.

No lie, moving to islands may seem fun initially but that lifestyle gets boring after a while, no matter how much money, women, drugs, etc you blow through...

I'm sure if I can get bored in St. Maarten, I can as easily get bored anywhere else in the world(Cayman Island)

There's a series of things we take for granted, living here in America, which aren't widespread throughout the world...

But I digress America is profit central and takes a toll on everyone's' livelihood. Unfortunately most people are stuck working to live, instead of the latter.

The solution, smoke weed on the beach, think about whats' truly important in life: money, women, family, raising children, living in a stress environment, graft, etc...

Say I did have a large inheritance of capital, I'd be in Singapore. People with money throughout world always have to worry, about being robbed and killed by poorer individuals, doubt it happen in Singapore. :manny:

Singapore and Hong Kong are great places, but they are the definition of capitalism. You probably wouldn't like there, op.
