Anyone do Max-ot lifting routine 4-6 reps?

ive never done this

I thought to myself I kept most muscle when dieting doing this....I switched to volume on my cut and am 10lbs under where I usually am, so I def overdid cardio too. I also put on the most size when I lifted as heavy as possible.

But if you are used to lifting low reps then goto higer, that lactic acid burn has u like :why:

I follow the workout on the ast site, but skip's is based on his liking in the videos


Works well for me

i peeped some of the vid. ive never done my incline db how he did it but im gonna try that twist at the bottom for a deeper stretch

i could never get a good burn from db kickbacks for triceps, always feel it in my shoulder

Maybe lighten the weight(if the prob) and lock your arm in on your side. I dont get a burn just an insanely painful pump, like skin tearing from those

How odly different is this from a 5x5 routine besides the amount of sets per exercise and the variety of extra exercises

bx all day
on the second video around 2:30 the skinny kid had the " fukk life " look on his face, did 2 reps and bounced lol

But notice his supposed "bad form", yet hes brolic. Had this trainer in the gym the other day critiquing my lateral presses cause I was throwing em up instead of "slow and controlled" :stopitslime:. This nikka trains old women. Lemme DO WHAT THE fukk I WANNA DO!

This is basically what the non hypertrophy part of phat...I plan to transition into that later on once I run this for atleast 8-12. Get my scrempf back up
