I thought there was a thread about that Youtube channel on here before, but I couldn't find it. He seems to be the "knee health god".

Anyone used it? Positive or negative reviews?

The knees over toes guy program is like $50 per month, but if it actually takes away knee-pain, then I'd say it's worth it.

Never heard of dude before this thread. :unimpressed:

Imma guess most of his info could be sourced for free from other places.

I would never pay 50 bucks a month for information but that's just me. :hubie:
If you got the majority of his info and you can find it for free, please post it up because a lot of people could benefit from it
Explain what this is
He's just got exercises that are supposed to be good for your knee health. I'm under selling it, but he supposedly really good

Ah, so you ain't read shyt I posted. :dahell:
I don't know what his info is since I had never heard of dude until I saw this thread. I might know it, I might not. :wtf:

All I'm saying is that info is free and paying 50 bucks a month for his "program" ain't something I would do, that's more than my damn water bill. :hubie:

Some more research shows that the "customer" is supposed to record their workouts and then you'll receive feedback on whether or not the "form" is good. I think the $50 is not for the exercises, but instead for the constant feedback.

I guess if you are a person that's pretty good at getting proper form down right away, or if you have a workout partner that can make sure your form is good, then you probably wouldn't need to pay for the subsription.

I mean I have health insurance and don't pay copays, so I could get free PT for 0 bucks a month.

Not to mention the trainers we have on deck (also free).

With folks like Squat University prolly doing the same type of shyt on YT for free, it couldn't be me though. I'd either do my own research and save the money or take my ass to the doc and get a referral, but that's just me.

Like I said on NT, when I had knee pain all the little stretches and goofy exercises they had me doing ain't do shyt. I started doing SL 5x5, got a couple of injections, took my supplements and been good as new since then. YMMV.

So basically you're paying for training/coaching. Have you subscribed? If not, why?

I have not done that. I've just been trying to gather some info.

I'm very cheap and frugal, but I was considering it because I'd rather spend on health over other things.

I'm assuming you're looking into this program due to knee pain. Have you ever thought about seeing someone who specializes in sports medicine?

This is a poverty esque mindset.
