Anyone been to a SD show?

Ive only gone to raw's out here

next month SD is coming through my town and im wondering if its worth copping.

I've been to a couple SD! shows. They used to tape NXT before SD! but I'm not sure what they do now. Maybe Superstars? Maybe just dark matches?

It was run just like RAW. The only difference is it's not live but you are still there for two hours during the actual show. During the breaks they bring out divas or whoever and they shoot t-shirts into the crowd and shyt. Sometimes someone will come out and cut a promo but it may or may not air.

Once in a great while they will do a rematch of a match that happened earlier in the night because seeing as SD! is edited, they will take the best match out of the two if one completely sucked.

I had floor seats both times so it was worth it. I got to see everyone real up close.

RAW is better but the atmosphere isn't too much different.. the only reason why SD! sounds a little weak on TV sometimes is because WWE drowns out chants on post-production that they didn't like.

I started the "Let them fight" chant in my section

Too lazy to look up the results from that show, but I think Punk and Edge was the main event.

Like mike said, it isn't too different from Raw though. Definitely worth checkin' out.

Breh I've been to plenty of Smackdown tapings:

*More wrestling
*No Cena bullshyt
*Longer matches
*Better storytelling
*A better show overrall

Yeah...been to a few. Always better LIVE because you can see who's over without no WWE seasoning to try to influence your outlook.

I think I've been to two but both were in 05/06 when they sometimes filmed RAW and SD at the same time. I was at the one where Randy Orton caught Rey in mid-air for the RKO I believe.

Last one I went to was the Smackdown right after Eddy Guerrero won the title.

Yeah I went to one in 05, only wrestling event I ever been to. About a month before Eddie died dark main event was eddie/batista vs orton/orton, it was really badass the fist set was live

Used to go to every show (House, RAW/SD/PPV) from the end of the 90s to the end of the 2000s. Going to SmackDown is cool, would recommend.
