Got the Xtreme 2 SE. Copped it in May...just got around to using it frequently about a week ago.

Its quirky as fukk but once you set the pulleys up right, you can get a really decent workout.

Any of yoy have experience with one?

Im trying to lose 40 pounds by September. I have a 100 pound heavybag to go along with a pro form treadmill.

Anyone have a good workout plans for me? I want to be held accountable and need yall to get on me. :heh:

Thnx...

40 pounds by Sept. is aggressive sir. Probably not realistic in a sustainable and/or no excurriating manner.

20-25 would be noticeable change you can make happen and continue to build on.

As others said, 40lbs in 2 months will basically require an illness

Weight loss is also mostly down to diet and cardio. All the Bowflex will do is help you maintain muscle in the process.

As far as dropping weight goes, I would do half an hour of cardio a day, AND limit calories to ~2000. You are gonna be hungry :sadcam: But the pounds will melt away. I think I lost 2-3lb last week with that plan, but that was an above average week.

Any way to fight off the hunger?
:lupe:

There's no kind of snack that can keep me feeling satisfied?

Pops got one like 20 years ago. Didn't use it much and still sits in his garage.

Used to fukk with it as a git before I learned how to lift.
:blessed:

Would never use one again as long as barbells exist but that's me.

In retrospect I went too fast. For my next cut I'm gonna take it very slow. Shooting for ~30lb over the course of a year.

Speeding is likely gonna end in a crash. An aggressive timeline is a recipe for failure.
