Seems like a good side hustle, but my physique is nowhere near impressive enough for me to be a PT. I know some PT's who don't even look like they lift and I'm :wtf: at how they even manage to pull clients

Personal trainers are for older people, females and those who can't learn themselves.

Also many personal trainers don't do wha is best for the client instead focusing on doing their best to make it seem like the client absolutely needs the personal trainer...usually overworks the females they train with too many reps and too many squats and they don't focus on enough cardio. I laugh when I see trainers who look like they need trainers themselves.

The best trainers are not ones working at big gyms but have thier own studio or get most of their clients by referral and actually look like fitness models themselves.

Unless a trainer is better built them me I wouldn't even consider them...they better be magazine status for me to take them seriously because if you can't transform your own body how do you expect me to believe you can transform someone else.

My guy used to work for a gym and said they focused on selling their products. Protein/Vitamins/Merchandise. The people they would train wouldn't get a full workout. Just some half-assed workout because they wanted to keep them there long enough to make $. It made no sense to get them in shape in a couple weeks and lose all that dough! He also said most trainers don't know shyt. All you needed was to get a certification which anyone can study for by memorization and that's that.
