This section is starting to suck how did nobody answer such a simple question

My opinion creatine is best for a bulking phase and use for like 2-3 months then don't touch it for a while

There are different forms of it some give you bloat others dont ..you may get a watery look to you if your diet is shyt...I had green magnitude and I liked it... it was creatine ethyl Esther and it creates no bloating

Creatine is the only over the counter supplement proven to build muscle you may gain 10lbs but lose 5 when you get off it but hey its 5lbs you know

Yeah I use it. I look beefy with it. I'm scared to go off it though and see how much I shrivel up. I'm staying on it for at least 4 months. Then off a month. Then get right back on it.

Why stop?

Are there any benefits to getting off of it temporarily?

You should always cycle your supplements...except for protein powder.

It's just to flush it out of your system and start over for a better affect.

this is me.

you load it the first week by taking 3 table spoons spread out in a day. then after that week just once a day.

best way to down this shyt is to put the table spoon of the powder in your mouth then drink it down with preferably grape juice. it doesn't mix very well is what I'm saying. But it truly is unflavored so it won't be bad.

Stay hydrated while on this stuff too, btw. And you'll notice a strength and size difference in about a week breh :smugbiden:

Creatine is all good nameen. You dont need to cycle it like these jokers are saying..and you dont need a loading phase bruh.

Just take that table spoon a day in your water or right before you work out.. make sure u drink at least 2L of water per day or you will feel super weak and tired and wont know whats going on.:dead:

I bin on that shyt for 8 months straight and im all good. You will gain about 3 pounds of water weight.

Yeah I've heard conflicting things about this. Some say it's better to cycle it, others insist there is no need and is better to stay on it.
