Anybody Use Google Voice for International Calls/Texts?

I set up Google Voice a while ago... it's the same number as my cell number (I just linked em).

Does it work the same overseas as far as just needing the internet to send texts?

google voice is still your real number bruh google forward calls to your real number. Im not sure but i think they charge 10 cents per call and texting should be free

i use whatsapp for international texts. if i ever need to call someone, i use skype to do it...
