Anybody Streaming Content with Their myAT&T Account?

I need some help brehs...


My parents have ATT internet and DirecTV for cable. They have HBO, and I'm trying to get that login for HBOGo access



My pops doesn't know the password or user ID for the account, but he gave me the email that he used as a verification email when he signed up. I also have his cell number which is tied to the account. I tried having the app/website send him his password by using his cell number, but the shyt is not working. Anybody have any ideas on how I can get the credentials brehs?

The answer sounds like he either doesn't have the right email supplied to that account or that it's just taking a while before its actually received. Sometimes it can take up to 24-hours to receive those, very literally (tho not usually).

EDIT: Saw you mentioned that you're sending it to the cell phone. Yeah...you better off having it sent to the email address.

Also, if it's DirecTV for the Cable, then that should be the provider to use for the HBO app.

i had an issue with my at&t cell account , directtv now and they resolved my issue over the phone so i could get my free hbogo

After a month and a half, I think I'm a have to actually call in and see if I can do this shyt.

I had to call, and get the last 4 of my pops' social... and then I had to just tell him to text me the temporary password so I could just set everything up.

I knew it wasn't hard, I just didn't feel like doing the whole tech support shyt with my pops.

Should just call and pretend you’re your dad and get it all sorted out so you can setup the email and password to login to HBO
