Well with the way Frank Lucas described his relationship with BUMPY..he made it seem like he was his right hand man
Even in the movie AMERICAN GANGSTER he is portrayed as being the guy who was with BUMPY during his death even cradling him in his arms till his last breath...
But last nite show didn't display that not it wasn't Frank Lucas wasn't present...according tothe documentary..BUMPY wanted nothing to do with HEROIN so it's rather unlikely that BUMPY and Frank had a relationship based on Frank's occupation as a Herion dealer

that's a common gripe for history movies.. nothing is EVER completely right.. they can't possibly track every move and convo and feeling... and more than likely, it'll be boring.. so they change shyt up to make it seem better or more "hollywood" in the storytelling
showing bumpy was a way to develop that this guy was somebody.. cause bumpy is known more than frank so they used him to establish frank... but what would it look like making him into some random goon.. and all in all, that was about 3 minutes of the movie
but court documents will show frank was for real... shyt the real life white guy crowe played, has gone on record saying how many killings and murders and drugs he was into.. and all the court records are public

yes in and out of the movie, it's well known he's a snitch
i said vouch for him being responsible for murder, drugs and fukkery.... cause it seems like people are thinking he's some minor person who never did shyt, and the movie hyped it all up.... when really they hyped up bits and pieces, but frank was that dude

frank lucas was bumpy johnsons driver. he wasnt his right hand like he made himself out to be in the movie. Nicky barnes already said that lucas and the country boys had heroin but no real real estate to pump it at.
keep in mind the movie about him was written by him. Of course he was gonna make himself look great. dude rewrote his life story into him taking all W's. Feds knew who he was and what he did before the mink at the fight and he snitched on any and everybody he could.

true indeed......even the federal prosecuter whom pursued the case against Lucas said the story is Fugazi.....
particularly the story about Lucas having herion shipped thru caskets from southeast asia to America:

When I heard Frank Lucas talking, I knew that Joker wasn't the crime boss he claims and was portrayed by Denzel. He was a country ass nikka that couldn't even read.
He was just very charismatic and Well connected and one of the few from that era that could live to talk about it without any repercussions because of the IMMUNITY offered by his Federal Law enforcement associates
But he was NEVER boss level like BUMPY...Frank Matthews..Guy Fisher..Nicky Barnes...Major Cox and Sam Christian from that time
