i had to be 10-14 years old.. this is prime Shawn Kemp vs the Sixers.. I'm watching cause my pops is a Sixers fan and everybody loved Kemp

Anyways.. I saw this once and NEVER again. I'm guessing the NBA don't want to show it



Kemp comes down the lane, one of the Sixers gets in the way... Kemp elevates, one hand jam over dude.... then he fukking hangs on the rim with one hand, cuffs his nuts with the other, and jiggles them twice
