Anybody play an instrument?

I've been working on the guitar lately. I have a Spanish one, I want to learn Bossa Nova and Flamenco. I was wondering if anyone else hassssssssssss had a musical journey or likes to play.

I'm just interested, you don't have to be a pro or anything. I'd just like to hear what you have to say

I've been teaching myself guitar for like two years.

I mostly suck (basically only want to play power chord/barre chord punk and hardcore stuff). Never had a lesson, so I lack the music theory which would help me structure chord progressions and stuff. But I do like to buy guitars and amps and stuff.

In my opinion, it's a hobby like golf or whatever. No one expects dudes who drink beers and hit golf balls to turn pro ... So I'm fine just fukking around on guitar, releasing stress and enjoying myself.

But man, I am not good at guitar at all.

I kinda halfway play a bunch of instruments. I learned trumpet in middle school, then in high school I started making hip hop beats. Taught myself how to play piano, bass and drums to an acceptable level.

My personality makes me want to do a bunch of different things instead of specializing, so I'll probably never get good at anything, but it's enough to make the music I make.
