Anybody Know How To Convert NFL/NBA/MLB Highlights To MP4?

Because I'd love to somehow be able to take the video below and turn it into mp4?

I'm asking, because I'm seeing all these gifs for various sports, and I'm wondering how they got the source video.

I use the torrent program Vuze, u can convert to any type of file, on a mac anyways...to dl that video just do a google search for a program that can get videos off the net(if u cant dl it directly) but there is many other programs u could use, im just most familier with Vuze.
