yes. i ordered eggs well done and when they brought it, it was juicy. i almost threw up. send it back to have them remake it. it was an open kitchen plan so i felt comfortable sending it back. wouldnt do it any other situation though.

Took the L, just took a survey when i got home, and got complimentary vouchers for like 5 yrs, gift cards hat and tshirts at razoos,back in june, when I was in North Carolina, off the strength the waitress was on her cycle she was moody, and you could tell the food was still raw, and undercook, she proceeded to place it at the table, looked at it and

Manager came by when the waitress went into another section, and all i said was look, he
, gave us the info we needed in order to take the survey, 2 of the cooks and the waitress ended up gettin fired on the spot, and new cooks came in.
Ended up on a conference call with the restaurant manager and cooperate, let em know were come to razoos all the time whenever we in texas or north carolina, and never had this happen, specially at the north carolina location, have had them catered reunions, and everything else, after we made it back home to washington, had a fed ex package waiting on us.
